Eric J Marshall, RCDD, NTS, TECH, ECA, CT

Eric J Marshall is the owner and lead instructor for E.R.I.C. Training and E.R.I.C. Co. Low Voltage Services  

HISTORY

Eric started public speaking when he was 8 years old at his church.  Then throughout junior high and  high school he continued public speaking and received recognition and awards for his abilities.  In college he received a B.S. in Youth Ministries at Liberty University.  This degree taught him better presentation techniques and how to develop curriculum.

After college, Eric taught in a high school for two years and then was a pastor for three before entering the low voltage industry.  During this time, Eric developed four curriculum and taught audiences ranging in size from 2-3,000 and ages from 4-97.

Within the low voltage industry, Eric has “done it all”.  As an estimator he sold 2.2 million in 2 months.  As a project manager he purchased materials and handled documentation while overseeing 21 installers and up to 15 projects at once.  As a designer he has designed over 45 school campuses with data, voice, video, security, and AV systems.  He was also the first in the US to design a Class F infrastructure. As a trainer Eric has spoken at conferences and taught classes across the country.

Eric’s desire is to help individuals in the low voltage industry further their career by attaining the skills and knowledge base needed.  Thus, the reason he started E.R.I.C. Training.
